Unfair treatment for men

Has anyone else (male) had the misfortune of having your case "heard" in front of Judge McKnight? Of course I am referring to any family law cases.

My Daughter was placed into protective custody FOR SIX MONTHS and McKnight refused to place her with me, her biological Father! Continuously placing my Daughter back with the unstable Mother (even though she had no place to live).

The Mother was being represented by Legal Aid of Oregon. I wonder how many people realize that McKnight used to be a Legal Aid Attorney? Out of those, how many people realize that she was THE PRESIDENT of Legal Aid of Oregon? I am going to spend the next few weeks researching Court records to find out how many Men acually prevailed in any way when the other party was being represented by Legal Aid.

I hope I hear from some other Men regarding any unfair treatment. And please be honest, if you are a wife beater then admit it. I want to be as honest and upfront as possible regarding this. Hopefully if we get enough Fathers involved, we can sue Multnomah County starting with DHS, the County Evaluators office, Mediators, Etc.

It is time to change the way Multnomah County takes care of our Children! Why should Moms new boyfriend have more parenting time with our Children than we do?
