Has anyone else (male) had the misfortune of having your case "heard" in front of Judge McKnight? Of course I am referring to any family law cases.
My Daughter was placed into protective custody FOR SIX MONTHS and McKnight refused to place her with me, her biological Father! Continuously placing my Daughter back with the unstable Mother (even though she had no place to live).
The Mother was being represented by Legal Aid of Oregon. I wonder how many people realize that McKnight used to be a Legal Aid Attorney? Out of those, how many people realize that she was THE PRESIDENT of Legal Aid of Oregon? I am going to spend the next few weeks researching Court records to find out how many Men acually prevailed in any way when the other party was being represented by Legal Aid.
I hope I hear from some other Men regarding any unfair treatment. And please be honest, if you are a wife beater then admit it. I want to be as honest and upfront as possible regarding this. Hopefully if we get enough Fathers involved, we can sue Multnomah County starting with DHS, the County Evaluators office, Mediators, Etc.
It is time to change the way Multnomah County takes care of our Children! Why should Moms new boyfriend have more parenting time with our Children than we do?
I've appeared before her several times. I would echo your experience with one caveat. I finally won custody of my children from their mentally disturbed mother. BUT....I had to go extra lengths to insure this victory. I had to hire the best custody evaluator and lawyers, spending $40,000 in the process. With Judge McKnight, overwhelming evidence is required. Even then, her prejudice toward men was obvious. In all our appearances, she always greeted my ex-wife while ignoring me. The attorney's were amazed by this obvious display of prejudice.
ReplyDeleteMy advice. Seek to have another judge assigned to your case. If you don't succeed, come with your guns loaded. Judge McKnight will judge fairly if she has to. If your case is mediocre, her feminism will rule the day.

Wow, can’t believe what I just read here. I too have gut wrenching situation thanks to Judge McNight. I had her as my divorce judge approximately five years ago. In an attempt to gain full custody of our eight year old daughter, I had compiled documentation and many witnesses to prove the unfitness of the mother to raise our daughter. My lawyer and I concluded that the judge would not even consider the true facts and slammed me as the father. The list of things that judge McNight did in court for us is too long to mention. My lawyer concluded that she is a prejudice judge. The following year, I went before her with a new lawyer, and the same thing occurred. Once again, my new lawyer was amazed on how prejudice this judge is. As a result, our daughter has suffered documented mental abuse from her mother and is now living me (as of this summer) and has her own attorney to combat Judge McNight’s rulings. Every ruling that Judge McNight made on our case went completely against the norm.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you had that experience, Mike. Prior to winning custody, she assigned a children's lawyer who turned out to be a fabulous advocate for my children's well being. His support of custody change, along with the evaluator, eventually prevailed.
ReplyDeleteNonetheless, when Judge McKnight read the ruling in my favor, she started crying. Her tears were for my X and not for my children who endured years of hell while living with her.
All is well with my children. They only see the X every other weekend. Nonetheless, I dread the day I have to return to her courtroom to enforce other aspects of the decree that the X ignores.
Judge McKnight needs to be accountable. I'd be happy to share my experience with those who could make a difference. All my court dealings are on CD.

ReplyDeleteI have actually spoke to several lawyers over the years and one hit it perfectly when he said she makes her decision in the back room and then comes into the court room and berates the side she doesn't like! It's almost comical if you've ever sat in the room and just observed her in action. But then not so funny when you realize the damage she is doing to our children's lives.
I would love to get her thrown out and teach her a lesson!
I'm out of her reach now. My kids are 20 and 24...quite successful and balanced, having been raised by me just in time.

ReplyDeleteI am going to see about stopping her from reelection but I doubt it will do any good. No decent lawyer would take such a cut in pay just to have a power trip.
I get to see this woman on the 22 of February 2017. Even my attorney Lander Shalom law was powerless. Even after a bonafied police investigation by Mile Malaphnay that found drugs, sex abuse, pedophila, prostituieon just to name a few things, this woman ALLOWED her kids to get molested by her cousins and friends!

Even my son has started to post his own videos while I have been in SF CA, about drug use in the home.
Heck even the Reynolds school district is ALL ON BOARD.
After all the money I spent, I am in court today with no lawyer. What is the point? They can't do anything about a kid being left home alone at the age of 9 with no food in the house,
Or his mom hitting him for talking to me.
If the mother does not want it, tHere is NOTHING you can do. If you can prove to me otherwise, THEN by all means!

ReplyDeleteI just spoke to a person last week, and He just told me how a meth addicted mother who was HIGHER than a 747 and cruising altitude. This woman was in court for evading child support. And what this Judge did was appalling!
If any man was in this position, there would be fines, jail time, etc. Not so for this woman.
It just goes to show that having custody means nothing if you continue to live in the state of Oregon. Even if you are OUTSIDE the Jurisdiction of Multnomah county, but in the state, it does not matter. Judge McKnight is a Willing to stab you and your childrens happiness in the back at a WOMAN'S WHIM. PERIOD.
Take your kids move out of the state. And cover your ass any way you can and HAVE A PARALEGAL ON TAP. YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT.
And as long as you are in OREGON, YOU ARE RIPE for JUST A PHONE CALL THROWING YOU BUTT IN JAIL. How do I know about this? How about at least 20 different guys telling me how they KEEP going back to jail even with no Evidence of wrongdoing!
And the con here is that you have to keep paying that bail, and if you STAY in JAIL, that is where they want you. And what can you do about getting that Bail Money back? LOL. Right.
You are going to suffer for as long as the System is in place in Oregon. Your only option is to run. Little known FACT. Californian does not honor other states extradition warrants for GOOD REASON. (Again most of the work force would be gone if they did this :-)
So make sure you have your plan boys. A lawyer is not enough. You are going to have to work directly in your favor and KEEP watching MGTOW content online.

Maybe some of you saw this in the news. My boyfriend was just sentenced to 5yrs in prison for supposedly pulling a knife on 2 CPS workers. They lied in the police report of the incident, and changed their story twice. Lied on the stand too. The worker that was standing directly in front of my boyfriend during the incident, testified that he did not see a knife. Yet, the worker that was standing behind the first worker, testified that she saw a knife! Somebody's lying here. Not to mention that there's a surveillance tape that captured the incident, and many of the caseworkers statements in the police report of what happened, do not match what is shown on the tape. At least 3 lawyers(and a dozen other people)have seen the tape, and nobody saw a knife in his hand. The DA swayed the jury by several of the comments he made during the trial. They believed the government officials, over what the evidence showed. They sent an innocent man to prison. Now that's what you call corrupt!
